Terms & Conditions

!!! Please read carefully prior to confirming a booking.
Section 01

Before Your Booking

  • You MUST disclose any eye conditions, injuries, medications, or treatments used on, in, or affecting the eye area in advance. I will not be held liable and there is no refund under any circumstances.
  • *IN RARE CASES: Refund is not given for allergic reactions. However, I will remove the lashes free of charge. Payment is non-refundable for time/materials lost.
  • Lash application process takes time. One eyelash extension per one of your natural lashes.
  • Approximately 2 to 3 hours, depending on how dense your lashes are.
  • You must be able to lie on your back for an extended period of time with minimal movements.
  • Let us BOTH minimize talking as soon as I start to prevent unnecessary eye movements or twitching.
  • NO TAG-ALONG COMPANIONS: For privacy and security reasons, only the client is allowed during the entire session.

Schedule Policy

Both our times are precious and my schedules are firm. Please give 24hrs notice for bookings and 48hrs notice for rescheduling and cancellations.

Fees & Payment

  • Payment via Bank Transfer or CAREEM Pay
  • 50% deposit from the base rate is required to secure an appointment. NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
  • The deposit MUST be paid after you confirm your selected schedule.
  • The value of the booking deposit will be deducted from the total due after completion of the service.
  • DEPOSIT IS A MUST. NO DEPOSIT : NO RESERVATION : NO BOOKING CONFIRMATION
  • The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and will be applied to cover the time lost in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed appointment. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to be considered for an exemption.
  • Paying the deposit confirms that you understand the overall policy including cancellation and rescheduling.

Follow Aftercare Instructions

  • Wait 24 hours after the eyelashes application before washing. This is to give time for the adhesive to cure and stick thoroughly on your lashes.
  • I will not be held responsible for the longevity of your eyelash extensions after 1 week from your appointment.
  • Regularly wash, dry, and gently brush your lashes to extend the life of your extensions.
  • Your lashes can last up to 5 weeks with proper aftercare.
  • Refills must be within 2 weeks and your extension should be at least 50% full to be considered as a refill.

Important Fact

The natural life cycle of each eyelash typically ranges from 6 to 10 weeks (approximately 42 to 70 days).

Not all lashes are in the same phase at once, which is why natural shedding happens daily — about 1 to 5 lashes per eye per day is normal.

In rare cases, your lash sheds more than usual after 2 days from the eyelash installation. It is your responsibility to contact me directly so I can remove your eyelash extensions free of charge.
